Worship is the reverent love and allegiance we as Christians accord Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior; it is the praise of God and the edification of His people. Here at E Free Church, we express this love and allegiance in a variety of ways, including prayer, being still before our God, instrumental music, voices raised in joyful celebration and honor, corporate scripture reading, and expository teaching from the pulpit. At one time or another, we use almost every instrument, depending on the gifts of those in our church body. We celebrate God with the sounds of drums, organ, trumpet, oboe, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, hammer dulcimer, mandolin, bass guitar, flute, handbells, violin.... Worship and the Role of Music Currently, we offer Sunday morning worship services at 8:00am and 10:45am. Worship in both services is expressed with prayer, music, and teaching and contains both contemporary and traditional elements. You are welcome and encouraged to worship God at Evangelical Free Church. |
