Women find themselves involved in a variety of areas at E Free. E Free offers a Monday evening Bible study and a Tuesday morning Bible study year-round. The Thursday morning Women of the Word Bible study group meets from September through the following Spring. Women of the Word normally has 2 to 4 study options, as well as having child care available. Contact the church office for more information.

In addition to Bible study groups, E Free has two groups which function both as missions, outreach, and fellowship:

Piecemakers meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00am. They make crafts which they sell, the proceeds of which go to fund TouchGlobal Ministries. They also make dresses for orphans in the Congo and layette sets for use at Tandala Hospital.

The Threaded Hearts Quilters meet each Tuesday from 11:30am to 3:00pm. They begin with prayer followed by a potluck luncheon, quilting instruction, and then piecing quilt tops. They focus on intergenerational fellowship while they make love quilts for those in the E Free body who are struggling with hardship, illness, the death of a loved one, or perhaps to honor someone who has long served at E Free.

Both groups enjoy great fellowship and learn new skills. Both groups are open to women in the community
