The Book Spot is located in the cabinet in the walkway between the two main entrances of the church and carries book titles that align with the Statement of Faith and Church Covenant of Evangelical Free Church. It is open before the main service and often after the main service.

Books are grouped into eight categories: Apologetics, Biographies, Bible Study, Christian Living, Devotionals, Family Living, Theology and Youth Ministry.

Books are normally sold at retail price, but there is a 20% discount on the retail price when an order is placed for members of a Bible Study or Sunday School Class.

Coming Soon, the E Free Church Book Read:

In late winter/early spring members of the church and guests will be invited to all read the same book and then comment on the book at one or two special gatherings. Do you have a title or theme to recommend? Send an email to Mike Miller at snowtires@juno.com.

The Book Spot exists to support the ministries of E Free Church and not as a stand alone book store. If you need an individual title please use one of the following resources.

Internet resources for books and other materials.

www.family.org -- Nurturing and defending families worldwide, the Focus on the Family website offers books and many other resources.
www.ccel.org. Christian Classics Ethereal Library, Calvin College, Grand Rapids. You’ll be amazed at the resources on this web site, which exists to build up the church by making classic Christian writings available and promoting their use.

www.ccef.org -- Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF) leads a biblical counseling movement that teaches people how to explore the rich wisdom of Scripture and apply it to the complexities of human life.

Have you heard about the new audio version of the New Testament? It’s a new offering by radio and film producer Carl Amari using more than 120 actors that bring God’s word to life in a new and exciting way. Check it out at www.thewordofpromise.com.

Mike Miller leads the Book Spot ministry and Melinda Simmons is a member of the team. If you would like to help or have comments or ideas, please send them to snowtires@juno.com.
